Jeffrey Seretan

I am a life-long artist who only began selling my work about six years ago. A gallery owner in Palm Springs drove past my house where my first steel sculpture was installed in the front yard. She asked if she could represent me and displayed several of my sculptures in The "A" Fine Art Gallery in Palm Desert. Subsequently I have shown my work at several art fairs, and it has been very well received, most recently at The Other Art Fair in Los Angeles. My current work is intended to capture kinetic energy -- motion -- frozen in time; tumbling, collapsing, splaying or on the cusp of falling. The tension is amplified by working with rigid, heavy steel.
