In 1986 Peter thought "I wonder if it is possible to grow a chair?". Ten years later. The shaping of living trees became Pooktre. A symbiosis of both Peter and Becky creativity.

Both Peter and Becky developed Pooktre.
They were invited to be featured artists at the Growing Village Pavilion World Expo 2005 Aichi Japan. The theme of the expo was Nature Wisdom. Their pieces were on show for the whole 6 months of Expo.
Wall Street Journal on March 29th. 2005 writes in their 2005 World Exposition
