Elen Rass

I have been drawing since childhood. I have always been a creative person and my whole life is the creation of beauty and admiration for art.
I love mixed techniques and mediums in drawing - watercolor, monotype, ink, pastel, pencils.
I like to experiment with paints, create them myself. Painting is a study of the interaction of various mediums and the texture of the paper. This is my world.
I draw inspiration from the masters of academic and antique book graphics.

I am also passionate about arts and crafts, in particular - solid wood.
For 8 years I have had my wood workshop, in which I make unique maps of the world from wood. My world maps are in stunning interiors in America, Germany, Belgium, Singapore, and other countries.

I graduated from art school twice with a degree in Painting in Russia.
For more than 10 years I studied individually with a master of academic painting and graphics.
