Do you know where are you going? I'm kinda lost all the time. Flora Path, the path is just here, are you going to follow the path which has been built by someone else or are you just going to go wherever you are seeking? This was the thought when I was creating the piece. All rights reserved © Kai...

Kai-Yi was born in Taipei, Taiwan in 1994 and is currently working and living in Sydney, Australia. Shaped by storytelling and informed by an interest in mixed cultural identities, minimalism and surrealism, Kai-Yi started her artistic production through Graphic Design, Illustration, 3D Modelling, Hand Crafted Art, and Interactive Installations. Since 2014, Kai-Yi’s artwork has been exhibited at art galleries around Australia and Taiwan. Over recent years, her practice has become increasingly focused on exploring psychological concepts through arts engagement, posing constant self-reflection, challenging the audience perception and affecting the quest for personal healing and emotional well-being. In 2020, Kai-Yi collaborated with art podcast producer of What a Waste of Talks, designing the cover art and creating an identity resulting in a growing audience from more than ten countries. She also co-founded the brand, Pseudo Samples, continuing artistic exploration for unconventional ideas and new dimensions.
