My first tryst with photography was through the viewfinder of my father’s Olympus camera. Since then, I had the ambition and desire to explore the field of photography more intimately.

After completing my B. Com, specializing in accountancy, I moved to Bombay. A real turning point in my life was when I decided to join the printing department of one of the world’s largest cruise liners. As I travelled the world and observed the sights and sounds of different cultures, people and places, an epiphany had occurred and I decided to capture the beauty of this wonderful world for the rest of my life .

After returning back to India I graduated in photography under the mentorship of Iqbal Mohamed. There on, I decided to launch my commercial photography career and went on to win two silver awards at Spikes Asia and ABBY Awards and one nomination at Cannes.

I strongly believe in giving back to the next generation of rising photographers and hence am a regular visiting faculty at Light & Life Academy.
