Osman Xani

The work is developed predominantly in large-scale formats, allowing the paintings to function as physical spaces rather than purely visual surfaces. Scale is used as an active compositional element, enabling expansive movement and layered gestural structures.

Through dynamic mark-making and accumulated layers, the paintings explore intensity, rhythm, and spatial tension. The visual language remains deliberately open, balancing control and spontaneity while emphasizing energy and movement within the pictorial field.

Each work is created as part of an ongoing process rather than as an isolated statement. The paintings evolve through repetition and variation, focusing on the interaction between surface, gesture, and spatial depth

- Artistic training in **Drawing and Painting** under Prof. Hamdi Terziçi
