Anna Forster

I'm an abstract artist based in Stockholm, Sweden. I fuel my art creation by curiosity, the process of art making is intuitive, and I mainly work in acrylics, pastels, charcoal and crayons.

Inspired by glimpses of my everyday life, travels, music and nature, the works reflect both external and internal landscapes in abstract forms.

I love contrasts and always seek a sense of 'liveliness and wonder'. My goal is to capture the essence of my surroundings and feelings beyond words. Creating is a way of expressing myself freely in a space beyond rationality. It's about playing with colours and shapes to expressing my feelings in a timeless space.
