William John Sims was born in England and currently lives in Wanchai, Hong Kong. William studied at the Hong Kong Academy of Fine Art, although he is largely self-taught. He is a founding member of the Asia International Artists Association ("AIAA"). His works can be found in numerous international collections. William was formerly a Diplomat in the British Foreign Service and during his time with the Government was posted to Asia, Africa and the Middle-East. His life and experiences have shaped his imagination & art.
