I was born in Jersey, Channel Islands, where I still live.I have enjoyed painting and stitching since I was a child. When I was younger I worked mostly with watercolour or acrylic but for the last few years textiles have dominated. A wide range of my textile work can be seen on my website. Since the beginning of 2007 I have started to paint again. The sea, sky and landscape of the island where I live provide a constant source of inspiration for my work. I also get inspiration from other places that I travel to, the materials that I work with and sometimes significant events.
In 1978 I completed a degree in Education and Art from London University. Since 2002 I have been producing Artwork for exhibition and commission. I have exhibited regularly in Jersey where I have received several awards and have also exhibited in a number of other places.
