My Art is about nature, the seasons and light.I am interested in the changes that take place during the day and during the change of seasons. The light in the spring at 11:00 AM is different than the light in the winter at the same time of day.The colors, shapes, and textures that each unique experience in nature has to offer is of endless interest to me. Very often I paint or draw the same landscape either from a different point of view or at a different time of day. When I do still lives I make drawings or paintings from different points of view and from different times of day as well. The light, time of day and season transform the scene I am looking at.
