Barbora Myslikovjanová

I was born on 22 December 1989 in the Czech Republic. In the years 2006 - 2010 I studied painting at the School of Applied Arts Valasske Mezirici. Since 2010, I have been studying painting at the Academy of Fine Arts in Prague.
Mostly I paint childhood, from a dark side. The situations I paint are often charged with a certain tension. I am confronting aspects of childhood that subvert the standard notion of innocence.
