I was born in California Sept 3, 1940 (Virgo) I have lived many areas - Predominant Midwest, Chicago is my home base..family settled in Samammish, WA about 21 years ago...Passionate about my art and music...Raised 4 wonderful children, and have decided I will never live long enough to do all I want to do and see all there is to see in this world, and meet other creative souls who have a passion in the arts.
I have always been fascinated by the seduction and harmony of line and space, black and white. The experience I try to convey is to soothe, distract, and entertain the mind's eye, and sincerely hopes the viewer experiences this, just as I do while creating my art.
It is my wish that each drawing I create be distinct, but non-descriptive. Possibly provide a harmony within themselves, a perceptual moment. My drawings have a connection with water, life, energy, birth and space in time. Like life, they evolve and are constantly changing. I sincerely hope that each line the viewer's eye follows allows the them to feel something uniquely new each and every time; allows them to see deeper into all of the possibilities of space between line.

Self Taught - Many years in display and design - have had shows in Seattle for the Art walk 3 years ago, and participated in two in Olympia WA;one spring and one fall...I find art shows tedious and sadly, it seems most folks are there for the food and drink...no serious art purchaser's ever made at one... ,
