Daniel Langhans

Daniel Langhans is a visual artist local to Tempe, Arizona. Born and raised on Cape Cod, MA, with a Bachelor of Fine Arts from The School of The Museum of Fine Arts and Tufts University. Having both a love for the traditional fine art of painting and drawing and being immersed in a culture of lowbrow art, skateboard graphics and album art, he has merged these two passions into a tumutltuous thought-provoking style all his own. Daniel has shown his work in Boston, MA, on Cape Cod, MA and here in Phoenix, Arizona. He is currently working on a large series of pieces that encorporate 80's and 90's pop culture toys and icons with a twist, often becoming its own dialogue of current times, both fun and thought-provoking.
