2011: ' COURAGE AND RESILIENCE ' African And African-Caribbean Design Diaspora.

Artist ELOKO presented work on the theme of Congolese Women: Courage and Resilience in parallel with and AfricaLives!Films such as 'Congo, A common cause from London to Bukavu' and 'Whatever happens to make Poverty History?' which were the only films screened throughout the Exhibitions which attracted over 20,000 people.

The films and paintings resonated with the public who came to bear witness to the strugglle but also the Courage and Resilience of Congolese Women.
