In the last 20 years I have spent much of my time as a printmaker, first by using the facilities at Open Studio in Toronto and later on my own etching press at home. In recent years I have expanded my practice to include digital printmaking and animation, as well as returning to my roots as a painter.
I am a member of Los Angeles Printmaking Society and operate my own online gallery, Green Block Gallery -
My work is in permanent collections in Alexandria, Egypt, Tokyo and Kyoto and has been exhibited in Europe, the United States and Canada.
I studied painting at the Alberta College of Art and the Nova Scotia College of Art and Design. I also have a Bachelor of Education degree.
I have continued my professional development through workshops and courses to learn skills in Japanese woodblock printing (Open Studio) and non-toxic etching (Haliburton School of the Arts).
