The craft of painting, to me, is a true joy the joy of spontaneous expression without boundaries, on a canvas that's beautifully empty, yet filled with possibilities. It helped begin a wonderful journey within for me. And it can do the same for you.

Learning to play with color, shape, and movement allows a flow of spiritual energy - which we all have within us - to burst forth. And it produces an exuberant rush of freedom. Much like meditation, journaling, or intuitive insight, Free Flow energy painting awakens the soul, and refreshes the spirit. It allows your mind to uncover your own capacity for self-expression, rather than restricting it with society's (or self-imposed) boundaries.

You don't have to be a professional artist to love painting. In reality, it's like therapy for the soul. Painting can enable you to release the need to be in control usually regarding things over which you really do not have any control. It can enable you to discover your true spiritual self.

I discovered my love for painting purely by coincidence. It was in 1993, after I had made a conscious decision to make some changes in my life. I was transitioning out of a stress-filled career that had come to dominate my life. And ...
