Jan Stevens NAPA
Theme - Celebratory, Joyful and Fresh Abstract Art
Interest - Free style painting, paint flowing into water, space on earth and beyond our blue planet
Vision - Create smiles from words, colours and shapes
My abstract art embraces my nature and our blue planet in each painting. In our world, nature lives with effortless ease embracing its surroundings, adapting and evolving as environments change. Together, in harmony Nature loves and moves on.
I hope my art encourages love, fun and harmony.
My abstract paintings develop through inspiration in the moment. Colours are applied liberally and freely. Inspiration comes from green and blue spaces on our planet including golf courses, coastal landscapes and everyday life.
Cornish raised, state-educated, global business wise and South West London living celebrate my creativity through fusion. Combined with a sense of curiosity, wonder, community spirit and justice brings wisdom, balance, compassion, heart and fun to my art. Viewers emotions vary and can range from colourful appreciation to surprise, thoughtful to inspirational or playful to magical. Maybe the Cornish Pixie’s magic comes through.
My abstract contemporary art provides me with a natural sense of freedom...
