Born in the UK, I have lived and worked teaching drawing in higher education in The US, Cyprus, Costa Rica and Portugal. I am now based in Cardiff, UK where I run The Broadway Drawing School -
The product and result of an eclectic mix of emotion and intellect, my work is primarily figurative but does not depend on emblematic or allegoric representation. The intangible figure emerges from within tangible form through a creative process that is both constructive and deconstructive in praxis.
