PATATAJ is a self-taught Polish artist. Born in Białystok, Poland, moved to England as a child and has lived in London since.
The mainly figurative work concentrates on emotive responses to situations and conversations. Anxiety and depression have been a big influence on the figurative pieces created. The finely detailed practice of black and white artworks is being teased with colour experiments, reflective of the mental health.
Self taught.
