Rankin Willard is an artist exploring the gap between realism and minimalism. Using mediums ranging from photography and painting to paper collage, he searches for images of connection and dialogue rather than story.
He studied multiple disciplines including photography, sculpture, art history, scene design, history of architecture, and the history of pop culture.
He was featured as the Artist on Exhibit for One Kings Lane. As well, his work has been seen in Real Simple Magazine, Nonprofit Quarterly, and Vogue.com. Notable clients include supermodel Coco Rocha and life-style expert Clinton Kelly.
His pieces are held by private collectors around the world from London to Australia.
