I received my art and design education at the Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, California.I now live and work in Albuquerque,New Mexico
. I am a direct descendant of the 1600s original Spanish settlers of the southwestern United States.
I am now exploring spatial relations within the picture plane hoping to achieve harmony and balance through an integration of rigid grid patterns and loose amorphous shapes.
The cross is becoming an important element in my work. I see it as purely spiritual, non-religious and inspirational.
