Tadeusz Wojtasik

I was born on July 7, 1952. in Jarosław.
I studied art at the State Secondary School of Fine Arts in Jarosław, then at the Academy of Fine Arts in Krakow and the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw, where I defended my diploma in the studio of prof. Tadeusz Łodziana and prof. Oskar Hansen in 1980.
Since then, I have been dealing with monumental sculpture, portrait sculpture, bas-reliefs, medallic art and small form, sculptural arrangement, para-sculpture and sculpture for architecture.
I create sepulchral and sacral sculptures. Ia am also the author of over 100 projects so far, including; 12 monuments, numerous portraits, bas-reliefs, medals and commemorative statuettes.
He took part in 48 exhibitions, including 12 abroad; USA (2x), Bulgaria (2x), Czech Republic (2x), Italy (2x), Germany (1x), Finland (1x), Sweden (1x).
The works are in museums, state galleries, the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń and in private collections (Germany, the Netherlands and Italy).
