Tom Williams is a 25 year old artist from Kent, UK. Having studied Foundation at Chelsea College of Art & Design in London, he then took two years out, working, teaching, and painting before heading to The Ruskin School of Drawing & Fine Art at Oxford University for his BA, achieving a First Class Honours degree in 2011.
