Bozidar Zvekan

I'm a Serbian self-taught painter,
born in May 1954.
I have been a graphics designer for over 20 years. In my youth I had made drawings for comic books and have mastered the art of drawing.
In 2010 I have began to paint with oil on canvas. Many years of drawing, gave me a solid foundation in drawing.
I'm painting only with oil colors.
In 2011 I used a palette knife to paint flowers in a garden on one of my paintings for the first time, and since I have mostly been painting with palette knives, in a style between realism and impressionism.
I like to paint landscapes where the sunlight is intense, and nature full of vibrant colors.
I want to show the summer heat on my paintings, the beauty and diversity of nature, so that I can bring the beauty of nature into everybody's home.
