Anel Lepic

Born and raised in war time in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Anel started showing great interest in art from a very early age. Spending all his childhood drawing, it was obvious what his life occupation would be even from the age of three. His connection with art grew stronger with time, and he was known as an artist even in the primary school. During the high school days, besides fine arts, Anel started showing great interest in music, learning to play music instruments, writing and composing. After graduating from high school, he enrolled at the Academy of Fine Arts in Sarajevo (Bosnia and Herzegovina), Department of Painting and Art Education. In student days, he spent most of his time creating works of fine arts and music, but also started working intensively in the field of filmmaking. The combination of those three has proven to be a winning combination for creating his first works of conceptual art. As a student, he was awarded many times for his achievements, exhibited internationally and spent his student days in several European countries.
