Art, particularly painting, has enriched my life in so many ways.
Having a love of the natural environment, it is a joy to interpret it through my art.
I hope to engage the viewer that will give them a greater appreciation of the environment around them and see it in a new and enlightened manner.
In my art journey I have been so blessed to meet wonderful like minded and talented people who have encouraged and supported me along the way.
Having spent a career in health care, I was introduced to painting, and now I am driven to paint for the sheer love.
I have studied at the Franklin Carmichael Art Group in Toronto, the Halliburton School of Art, and with many well known artists including Jack Reid, Art Cunanan, June Thomson , Pat Fairhead, and John Anderson.
I have shown my work in juried shows at the Franklin Carmichael Art Centre in Etobicoke, Toronto Watercolour Society, Muskoka Arts and Crafts, Muskoka Place Gallery, and the Ocala Art Group in Ocala Florida.
