Elzbieta Boguslawska

She is experimenting with different themes and forms, intentionally does not impost any restriction for herself. She shares with the viewer own emotions, impressions, which perpetuates on her paintings. She is fascinated by realistic painting as well as abstrakts art, inspired by the nature and science. The big challenge for her is the man and his relations with the environment. Freedom of creation is for the artist great value of hence the multitude of topics and themes on her paintings. In her portfolio, next to portraits can be found landscapes, still lifes and abstract painting. In these paintings, she processes the reality, anylazing all, at first in her mind, and transforming then to geometric figures, so that later, on the canvas alredy, to give whole composition harmony, having regard the shape, colour and movement painted objects. Bogusławska focuses on the aspects related with building of painting composition, the space; concentrates on creating of harmonious combinations of colours and on the aspects of sophisticated game of light and shadow. But always, in all of this, are emotions. For painting, she is stimulated by isolation, silence, concentration and invariably-music.
