Nate Martin

I grew up in the Pacific Northwest until the age of 12, and relocated to Reno, Nevada. Subsequently, my inspirations come from the ocean and the desert. Stories of fantasy inspire me. I love Jim Henson, and Fraggel Roc.I Love a good Paradox: Life without Death; Success from Failure; Imperfect Perfection. I love taxidermy, and hate hunting.

I have no formal art education. I just love to make stuff. I bind books,I make birdhouses from grown gourds, I paint with watercolor and acrylic, I make sculptures out of chicken-wire, paper mache, and found objects.
