Davor Jelisic

Since the small legs Davor Jelisic drew on everything he had reached, and logically followed the enrolment of the School of Applied Arts and Design in Zagreb, the direction of ceramics. At the Faculty of Graphic Arts in Zagreb, he shows an exceptional interest in the graphic, primarily old techniques such as Etropis, linords, dry needles and aquatinte, not so common in contemporary artists.
Thanks to the recognized talent, he works in the graphic department of the Academy of Fine Arts, although she was never a formal member, enabling him to work and develop. From the very beginnings, the drawing is the constant and the basis of its work, but creativity also manifests itself through numerous other techniques, such as watercolours, acryl, oil, coal and shower. His hands are his basic tools, and Davor has found an interesting way to keep them in shape – in his spare time by massaking other people!

In addition to the above mentioned exhibitions, Davor Jelisic works are located in the USA, Germany, Austria, Poland, Latvia, BiH, and others.
