Antonio Galloro, is a full member of the Canadian Society of Cinematographers and the International Cinematographers Guild.
He graduated with a BFA in Film & Television Production from Humber College. After graduation, Antonio began his career as a camera assistant and quickly moved up to the position of Director of Photography. His first experience as a cinematographer was on the music video Maestro, "Stick to Your Vision", which was nominated for Best Cinematography at the Much Music Video Awards.
His short film, "Nightshade", won the Hollywood Shorts Award for Best Director at the 2005 New York International Independent Film & Video Festival. His short film, "Forsaken", was nominated for Best Short Film at the 2006 Cyprus International Film Festival and has been screened at Cannes, Clermont-Ferrand, and at the Brussels International Film Festival. In addition, "Forsaken" has become part of the permanent collection of the Brooklyn Museum of Modern Art.
