Aliza Avramov

Aliza Avramov born at 1965 and raised in Tel Aviv.

In this world of desires, I have found my greatest passion for art.
This passion of mine took root when I was a little girl - I was always the schoolroom artist. Over the years I have honed my craft through the guidance of many accomplished teachers and mentors. Painting is the path I have found which allows me to escape to an imaginary magical landscape and emerge with proof of my journey.

While the ocean is my biggest source of inspiration and creative energy, it is my spouse who introduced me to the yoga and spirituality of Tibetan Buddhism. Not only was this something my heart and soul was yearning for, but it has been a major theme in much of my work.

My artworks in mainly the acrylic medium exploring both brush and airbrushing techniques. Through a variety of themes, I use paint to put on on full display, from impressionism to realism to surrealism.
