She is an experienced art educator, having taught in Los Angeles, New York City, and the Midwest US. Hannah is a frequent artistic collaborator with Dayton Dance Initiative, contributing backdrops and costumes to the contemporary dance company.
Hannah moved from Brooklyn, NYC to the quiet life in the Midwest during the Covid pandemic. She keeps an art studio in the historic Davis-Linden building in Dayton, Ohio.
She paints because painting has the power of taking a viscous medium and alchemizing an abstract idea or desire into a realized form out of that material. Painting = magic.
