Daniela Musone

Artist, performer, dance educator in the educational-didactic field.
My art combines different artistic, technical and material languages, in balance between spontaneity and gesture control. My aim is to generate a wider reflection where the individual and the collective sphere coincide. I am the founder of the art project Sounvas art - a face, a soul, a SOUNd on canvAS - that pays tribute to the great icons of the music scene.

Proudly self-taught, I think I did not voluntarily choose painting but in a certain way is painting that chose me and there is something that still holds me back from approaching it in an academic way, preferring to rely on my inner wisdom, as if my hands knew exactly which brushes to use and how to move, outside of predefined techniques and styles.
