Maitreyee Shovakar

Hi!My valued priceless appreciators.I am painter and artist Maitreyee Shovakar from Kolkata , India trained in painting from the age of five till the age of 22 years under the guidance of my guru Maestro Artist Gopinath Das known for moulding young buds to International Level winners in painting.
I am proud to be his student who lead be to receive "The President's Award Silver Medal " four times in my childhood from the prestigious "'Shankar's International Art Competition".
My painting is already exhibited in St.Petersberg,Bad Toolz ,Germany ,Dubai ,Kolkata several times.
I have done my degrees in Mathematics.
Learning never stops for me and at present I am doing
a course in Astrology.
Apart fromPaiting ,I write poems ,Novels ,Coreograph Dances ,design clothes.
My journey as an artist is never ending and I will never stop.

I have done my schooling from Calcutta Girl's High School run by the Methodist Church with HQ in US , done BSC in Mathematics Honours from Lady Brabourne College ,Kolkata and PGDCA in Computer Applications

Cosmodemiyan Skaya Farm in St.Petersberg in 1980 and Indian Musuem Art Gallery 1979-1983.
