Bernard Klevickas

currently resides in New York City

Bernard Klevickas is a sculptor who utillizes industrial processes in an expressionist manner to create objects of meticulous refinement with an interest in exploring the possibilities of surface. For over five years Bernard had worked at Polich Art Works (now Polich-Tallix) as an art fabricator for various artists including Jeff Koons, Louise Bourgeois, Frank Stella, and others. He has a manufacturing certificate in CNC (computer numerical control) machining and manual lathe and mill operation (which applies to the type of metalworking in the sculpture made). In 1998 he had received a Bachelor of Fine Art degree from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. His work has been included in many group and juried exhibitions in New York City, the Hudson Valley, Chicago, and in Indiana, Michigan, Massachusetts, Florida and Bermuda.
