Sean Hawkey

Sean Hawkey is a documentary photographer who uses modern and historical processes like wetplate collodion. Born in Britain he has worked in 80 countries and his work has been published in 2500+ publications. His work on miners and of singers and dancers at the Royal Opera House in London are some of his most published works and the one-of-one original plates are offered here.

He has exhibited his work in solo and mixed exhibitions across Europe and Latin America. Recently he co-exhibited in Mexico with Ai Weiwei in an exhbition called 'Tierra Prometida' - The Promised Land.
