Pelin Yazar Canez is a Montreal painter. Originally from Istanbul, Turkey, Yazar Canez studied at Marmara University, earning her Bachelor of Art Education degree (in Painting & Art Education); and at Istanbul Technical University, earning her Master of Fine Arts degree (in Painting, and Visual & Environmental Arts). Her work focuses on her love of colour and texture. She continues to explore new creative techniques and mediums.
