Mindaugas Tendziagolskis
Born in 1975. Telšiai district, Nevarėnai town, teachers' family.
Before graduating from high school, he entered Telšiai Higher School of Applied Arts in 1992. There he studied sculpture. 1993 graduated from Telšiai Adult Secondary School. While still studying in Telšiai, he led an art group for children in his hometown. Even then, Mindaugas was fascinated by children's creativity, playfulness and their peculiar attitude towards professional art. 1997 graduated from Telšiai Higher School of Applied Arts, majoring in sculpture, and entered the Vilnius Academy of Arts.
2001 here, in the sculpture department, he obtained a bachelor’s degree. He dedicated his diploma work to the topic of Lithuanian folk toys and games. They were interested in how our ancestors played, and from their games they drew ideas for their creations. 2003 He obtained a master's degree in arts at the Department of Sculpture of Vilnius Academy of Arts. The master's thesis is also related to the theme of the toy, but has also acquired the features of a brand. The diploma thesis consists of three parts: the created object, the instructions for use of that object and the advertisement of the object.
