Diana Francis

Background - London Diana was born in Balham in London, UK. She lived in London for her first 20 years.

She studied fine art in London.

Diana moved to South East Asia to pursue initially and advertising career, living in Hong Kong, Malaysia before settling into Singapore where she lived for over 20 years.

She opened her own art gallery Diana Francis Studio in Singapore in 2008.

Today Diana works remotely from UK after moving back to UK in 2016.

Her fine art is inspired by her experiences and travels through Asia, interpreted through the eyes of a foreigner yet capturing the heritage behind modern day Singapore and Asia; she adds contemporary colour and Impressionistic composition to predominantly Asian themes. Her media is in oils on canvas and digital/ multimedia.
