I'm Kateryna Mezetska – an artist, mom, and wife living in beautiful Colorado. Surrounded by mountains, open skies, and nature’s peaceful rhythm, I find endless inspiration to create.

Art has been a part of me since childhood. I studied in art school and have always expressed myself through painting. Life took me on a different path for a while - I earned a Master’s degree in economics and devoted a decade to raising my two wonderful children. But art has always called me back.

Today, I work primarily in watercolor and acrylic, often blending traditional techniques with modern experimentation. I love combining different textures, materials, and vibrant color palettes to bring life and energy into my work. Alongside traditional subjects, I also explore energy painting, letting emotion and intuition guide my brush.

My passion is to paint animals and flowers.
Flowers are already perfect simply by existing - there’s no competition, no comparison. Just beauty, pure and effortless. Animals speak with their eyes; their souls are so wise. We should observe and listen more closely - they have so much to tell us.
