René Chandler (b. Sydney, AU) is a photographer and painter working in Brooklyn, New York since 2010. Her photographic personal projects are autobiographical and shot on 120 film and digital. She aims to show an unbiased and normalizing perspective. Her acrylic paintings are based on photographic imagery. In her abstract watercolor pieces, she uses a high-contrast technique.
