I am born in Ukraine and live between three countries Netherland, Spain and Ukraine. As long as I remember myself I was fascinated by Art. I wouldn’t miss any of art galleries or museums on street. I use to hang reproductions of paintings by my favorite artists on the wall, collected clippings from art magazines. With my IT background I couldn’t leave my dream of becoming an artist.
At the age of 30 I started to take evening lessons at Chernigov Art school along my career in international telecommunication company. I took private lessons from Ukrainian artist Evgeny Krip and got in contact with many professional artists.
After moving to Spain in 2004 I’ve joined the local Costa Blanca Art Club. Eventually my love brought me to Nederland where I finally got time to develop myself as an artist.
I work in different styles and techniques depending on my mood. Watercolor is translucent and light, oil is bright and vivid, acryl gives me possibility to work quickly and expressively. I love to make portraits of animals and people. Numerus travels and life in three different cultures is my source of inspiration.
