Fascinated by sights, sounds and textures, I am both a writer and an artist who specialises in oils on canvas.

Using my hands, a paintbrush and my imagination to create objects of beauty, I have travelled to major museums across the world with private tours at the Uffizi and a recent foray into the Hermitage to study the masters and be inspired to explore my creativity.

South African by birth, I now live in Antalya on the Turkish Riviera and spend my summers (and a few other weeks of the year) in Italy and around Europe.

My love of art started late in life when my love affair with Italy started. After all, is there any other place which stirs the senses so?
