Ethan Hoffman

I'm a 24 year old self-taught artist.
Execution is free and honest, but the way I apply the media is intentional.
My process can be meticulous at times, yet accidents are welcome. It is this element of chance that allows each canvas to communicate, and acquire a life of its own.
Each piece is a unique perspective and message to be viewed and completed by the viewer.

The son of a rabbi & opera singer, I grew up with them & my 2 elder brothers on Long Island, NY.

I am not a classically trained artist, and constantly use this to my advantage when creating. I have no preconceived notions of right or wrong, or good or bad. Instead, I go with my gut and let the canvas, or whatever medium is being created on, speak to me. With time and patience, the dialogue develops as pieces take life in their space to exist.
I studied Business Management at the University of Miami, graduated in 2019, & now am a graduate student studying Social Work at the University of Denver.
