“Happiness of Daily Life” “Here and Now”

SeungHee Ku, I am a korea-born artist, living and painting in South Korea.
I paint a picture of ’Happiness of Daily Life’ on Korean paper
I want to be an artist who convey the happiness that exists in every moment as a painter. Painting makes our daily lives happier

People intact with each other. I think eye contact would be best way of Expressing sincerely. One day pupils of my eyes and water crystal overlapping came up to me. I wanted to connect the emotion of the human inner surface through a crystal of water that has been projected in my eyes. Depending on the emotion contained in the language, water crystals give off their’s beauty or are deformed abnormally. Our appearance which live in the present also is to be similar. I would like to convey the daily happiness to weary people on a busy day.
