Elze Zaikinaite

I am a visual artist based in Berlin (Germany), originally from Vilnius (Lithuania). I painted since I remember myself and have studied in art department of Bezalel Academy for Design and Fine Arts in Jerusalem (Israel).
While I was studying music as well, I discovered I can do vocal improvisation. So naturally improvisation also came into my visual art. I like to improvise with lines and forms, experiment with colors and see where it leads me. For me it is a process of a dialog between the subconsciousness, consciousness and aesthetic taste.
