Anna PołOmska

She is a visual artist and designer. She graduated from architecture at the Wrocław University of Technology.

She creates paintings, objects, installations, murals, unique customized clothing, glasses and accessories. In her works, Połomska expresses herself through oil paints, acrylic paints, sculptural techniques and an assemblage of found objects. The artist treats painting as a record of her own experiences around the creative process and its relations in the artist's everyday life, weaving a meta-textual story about her interior with a brush. The binder of the painting topics she raises is travel and getting to know her feminine side. Through the prism of the senses filtered through her own experiences, the artist explores various faces and expressions of femininity, often leaving more questions than answers. Just like our reality, her paintings are multilayered and multidimensional, and their reception requires reconciling with the blurring of the ossified categories of image, sculpture, fashion or other media.
