Anastasia Biskup

I was born on 10.12.1986 in Volgograd, Russia.
In 2004 I started studying at Volgograd State University of Arts and Culture, the faculty of Arts and Crafts. During my studies at the university I participated in many national and international exhibitions, was awarded state stipend as the best student in Arts. I graduated with distinct diploma in 2009. The same year I moved to Germany.
In 2010 I was enrolled to the Master Program at Alanus University of Arts and Social Sciences in Bonn, Germany. My studies at Alanus University were supported by DAAD stipend. During my studies I was involved in various art projects and exhibitions. Among others I would like to name individual international art project “Window to Russia – Window to Europe”. This was the project composed from two exhibitions opened simultaneously in Germany and in Russia and combined through the video translation in Internet. Both the visitors and participants had the possibility not only seeing each other, but also interact in real time, get acquainted or ask questions.
In 2012 I graduated from the Alanus University and acquired qualification “Master of Fine Arts”.
In 2014 I moved to Denmark where my art was presented in the newly opened art gallery “Kunst og Kage”. B...

May 2011 Art project with Rhein-Voreifel Touristik. My part was illustrations to the booklet about touristic attractions in the region Wachtberg-Bonn. The booklet was published in multiple copies.
