My artistic practice is primarily concerned with exploring new frontiers in computer art. I work mainly with prints, generating images through algorithms that I develop to explore philosophical questions arising from my scholarly research and daily life. I have delved into topics such as chance, the human self-image in computer art, and various aspects of language and representation. Over the past decade, I have been heavily involved in creative artificial intelligence, utilizing many machine learning and deep learning techniques in my practice.
My creative process typically begins with observing the world around me and drawing inspiration from books, including classic sci-fi novels and academic papers covering diverse topics such as metaphysics, semiotics, and artificial intelligence. From there, I start playing with code, a highly creative activity that serves as a central point of convergence, bringing together ideas and inspirations from various sources.
