Creation

Ansky is a figurative artist whose creativity is closely connected to the reality and relevance of the objects and subjects in her images. The style in which Anskaya works, known as "new Barbizon," is a type of painting practice that originated in Israel. It was created by a small group of artists (also former repatriates) who combined the foundations of construction adopted in the era of social realism with the Israeli flavor integrated into it, including its characteristic contrast (southern) lighting and bright open colors.

"New Barbizon" is a natural figurative painting style that features a bright and recognizable aesthetic. It is interested in exploring social, modern life, marginalia, and artistic aesthetics.
